Help IATSE fight against content theft

"The commitment on the part of the International to fight digital copyright theft with every means possible is strong and resolute, and we will not waver."
     --
Matthew Loeb, International President, IATSE

Go to CreavtiveAmerica.orgThe International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees along with other guilds, unions, studios and networks are supporters of Creative America, a grassroots coalition created to allow your individual voice to be heard in the fight against one of the biggest threats we as an industry face: content theft. The entertainment industry has already lost tens of thousands of jobs and there are numerous other damaging effects as a result of content theft.

There are ways for you to participate:

  • Visit www.creativeamerica.org
Sign up to the fight against content theft. They will keep you up-to-date and make your voice heard on this important issue
  • Participate in Creative America's Community
You'll find others like you who care along with information on content theft
  • Follow Creative America on Twitter (@creativeamerica)
  • "Like" Creative America's Facebook Page
Join the dialogue and share it with your Facebook friends
  • Shop CreativeAmerican.org
What better way to bring attention to our profession than become more visible as a creator of content. $1-$10 brings you their swag!
  • Email your representatives in Congress
Ask them to protect our jobs and creativity by supporting legislation stopping theft of our creative content

Take act NOW! Remain informed and committed!
Legislation has been tabled but the more the issues are discussed by the public and members of Congress, the better informed everyone will be when future votes are cast.
