Open House for Local 38 Members

Local 38 has signed its first collective bargaining agreement with a local prop and scenery shop. This firm is sponsoring a second open house on Sunday, March 13, to give Local 38 members an opportunity to learn more about their business and employment there under the new contract. Local 38 Headquarters is Moving

Local 38 closed on the purchase of our new building on Friday, Feb. 11! The address is: 900 Pallister, Detroit, MI 48202. We will be installing new carpet, painting, and doing some minor renovations before the move-in. Official notification will be made with an official opening date as soon as possible.

International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees

The Detroit-Pontiac Stage Employees Union is a theatrical stagehand trade union.
Our jurisdiction includes the Metropolitan Detroit and Pontiac area of Michigan.

In addition to theatrical stagehands, our members also include motion picture technicians, who service the production community statewide.

of the United States, Its Territories, and Canada, AFL-CIO, CLC.
