Dreamworks Studios visited Detroit on a two-week location shoot for their upcoming release, "The Island."

Local 38 was happy to be of assistance. We provided personnel for various departments, including Set Dressing, Paint, Grip, and Electric.

Since our members were required to sign confidentiality agreements upon being hired, we can't share much info at this time. These shots were taken by a friend of mine who happened to be downtown during filming one day...
